My areas of responsibility include but may not be limited to: Strategic Development in Fundraising Strategies, Business Partnership, Major Donor development, Contact with General donors, Board and Leadership Vision to include direction for Ministry Growth Projects and Capital Campaigns, Sharathon Fundraising, Oversee Direct Mail Program, Printing/Promotions, Community Visibility/Development of Community Agents, Contact with Churches and planned giving

Partner with dealer store management and wireless sales personnel. Conduct role-plays and mentor sales associates to ensure offers and/or promotions initiated by accounts/company are flawlessly executed; customize and deliver training to fit the needs of each retailer; manage the roll-out of company programs, tools and training. Analyze business reports for trending and communicate findings to local retailers. Serve as a liaison between the retail store and company to identify and resolve issues. Serve as a point of escalation for customer issues requiring higher-level attention than Customer Service can provide. Ensure timely and appropriate resolution of all customer issues. Plan and participates in events to build and strengthen the relationship with dealers. Develop sales and training objectives for each dealer
