Consult and manage an exclusive book of business – ranging from high net-worth executives, rock bands, and professional sports teams. Directly reporting to the CEO on behalf of his accounts, this role requires a diversified skill set within the areas of business development, contract negotiation, customer resource management (Salesforce), flight operations, and an proficient understanding of the CFR § Part 121 and 135 regulations. The ability to work quickly is key but remaining detail oriented with a positive attitude is of utmost importance. Key Highlights:• Generate proposals in response to bids and RFP’s which outline customized solutions to include several successful programs for Corporate Shuttles, Jet Card, long-term fixed rate plans, and international sporting events valuing above 2.79 million (USD) in gross revenue.• Created and developed a Junior Leadership team to encourage collaboration from the “bottom-up” to enhance work life culture, empower PJS employees, and formulate solutions to become more efficient and effective.• Working alongside the Director of Safety & Innovation, Director of Executive Aircraft Operations, Chief Revenue Officer, and Chief Executive Officer, I assisted with the develop and implementation of new flight operation procedures which have increased safety, streamlined company workflow, and furthered overall client satisfaction. • Assisted our technology department and web developers to create an in-house platform to store client and vendor data to enhance company efficiency.
