CurrentKey Responsibilities-Supply weekly production requirements to 13 snack production lines across 5 different sites to deliver target stock levels in order to maintain customer service and minimise low code risk.-Manages and mitigates against short and medium term risks to supply-Own reporting of manufacturing performance.-Leads administration of the Snacks Export account.-Delivers snacks NPD agenda.-Administers department Reward and Recognition programme.Key SkillsDepartment expert and trainer in Manugistics. I have run group and one-to-one training sessions. My extensive knowledge has allowed me deliver more accurate AOP data, develop a greater understanding of snacks multipacking constraints within the SP team, to enable the best sourcing strategies to deliver optimum service. I have worked on other key Supply Planning systems within PIUK; AOP, Stock Model. PIMSS and Oracle. I understand the interdependencies between SP, DP and network systems. I have a detailed understanding of the data that sits behind the systems I use such as capacity, run rates and stock coverage and am able to use this data in NPD scenarios and AOP modelling. My communication skills have allowed me to build strong working relationships with all five sites that I plan, particularly the site schedulers but also Operations and Change Managers. I led the creation of a scheduler's forum, helping them to appreciate the 'Head Office' viewpoint, how to interpret Manugistics data and the NPD agenda. I also have strong working relationships within DP, the Network Team and Change Activation. I have extensive experience in working under pressure and to tight time-lines. I influence daily short-term planning changes in order to deliver optimum service and will take the initiative to find solutions to supply issues
