• Helped initiate and manage the development of a small cell site selection tool (HetNet Engine Room) that can select the best possible structure to locate a small cell on based on jurisdictional timelines, obstacles, and costs to name a few. (see video below)•Created a geographic information systems tool that analyzes new telecommunication macro towers candidates on a parcel by parcel basis. The tool eliminates candidates based on zoning, height restrictions, setbacks, compound size, and design standards. This tool can be scaled to run a nationwide analysis. •Data Administrator for a large geodatabase that contains collected and created nationwide jurisdictional spatial data. I overlook the quality assurance/quality control aspects of all spatial data sets collected and store within the geodatabase.•Tasked with creating complex scripts to run advanced spatial analysis for reporting to upper management.•Assist the site development team by completing the Zoning and permitting process for site modification. •Manage Site Acquisition Vendors when necessary for special zoning/permitting needs when required.• Oversee document control and ensures compliance with customer requirements. •Executes Quality Plan, ensure accuracy of information, documents, deliverable, and forecasts provided to Client. •Resolve complex zoning, or permitting issues.

Conducted parking study and analysis of over 1000 cars daily. Prepared a parking plan to better distribute parking throughout downtown Barrington. Then created marketing materials and distributed them to over 45 merchants and hundreds of customers and citizens. Completed packets for brokers with available properties fitting their requirements and demographics to attract them to Barrington to develop or move into Barrington. Oversaw and organized the 4th of July Parade which had 65 groups entered with over 1,200 participants involved. Attracted two new parade sponsors, who helped fundraised twice as much as the previous year. Worked weekly Car shows held by the village, which saw an increase in attendees this year. Assisted in the coordination of fundraising to large donors for Barrington’s White House Project. I helped increased the project’s capital campaign fund from $3 Million to $4.7 Million. In addition to attracting donors to the Barrington’s White House Project, I applied to 6 grants ranging from community foundations to state grants. The total amount requested for these grants are $500,000. Created marketing advertisements for businesses in village, which were published in local newspapers and magazines along with other media outlets.

Teach swimming techniques to teens aged 12-18 years old. Oversee the safety of athletes during practice. Observe swimmers to find and correct faults and provide feedback on performance.

Researched and gathered information about over 140 plus broadband providers’ speeds and pricing in Michigan. Built a database of pricing and speeds to sync with existing broadband coverage map of each provider. Synced map and database were then imported into ArcGIS for analysis.This analysis helped start talks with broadband providers increasing affordable coverage in Northern Michigan.
