Assist in creating new policies and procedures and serve as the designee for policy and process related decisions. Collaborate effectively with other service units throughout the university in fulfilling these responsibilities.

Earned a new car for sales achievements. Provided proactive leadership for the team, working closely with the Sales Director to build and maintain spirit and camaraderie in the unit.

As the Aviation Operations Specialist Supervisor: Directly supervised and tasked three personnel. Ensured the scheduling and dispatching of over four dozen military aircraft and performed essential administrative functions. Worked closely with air traffic controllers to monitor the safe return of all crew members. Supervised the receipt and transfer of classified material. Served as the key custodian for over 50, multi-million dollar, aircraft. As the Administration Specialist: Provided administrative services for an army managerial center, performing multiple functions including; creating rosters, boards, logs, charts, graphs, evaluation reports, awards, promotions, leaves, transfers and other sensitive documents for over 280 active duty personnel.
