I graduated in 2009 with BA jobs in education and disability studies. I begun working with new pathways services and gained a wealth of experience working with family intervention, supporting young mums in their homes to interact with their children and teaching them how to socialise them, signposting and supporting to necessary services. I also supported families with supervised contacts providing accurate written records for use in the family courts. I moved through the family services and branched out in children's residential homes working with a diverse range of emotional, physical and behavioural needs. I progressed from support worker to deputy manager and eventually became a registered manager. A role that was extremely varied and enjoyable. I completed my level three in health and social care and then my level 5 in management. Over the last two years I have had a change of career and moved into an office based environment with Amey. Within this role I have gained customer service skills and I am lead support in the data team. More recently I am dealing with logistics.
