Successfully led the lean transformation of multi facility production operations in KY and TN. Established the foundation for knowledge growth, ownership and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization. Initiated my professional career in quality and quickly advanced through the organization every couple of years. • Lean Manufacturing Leader: Co-led the lean manufacturing transformation at three other injection molding facilities. Initiated and supported the journey for Rev-A-Shelf, a company owned subsidiary which laid the foundation for growth to support a $30m business that has expanded to nearly $300m. • Plant Lean Manufacturing: Initiated the Lean Manufacturing journey for the Louisville facility. Led over 100 kaizen events to eliminate waste, reduce inventory, improve cost, increase inventory turns and reduce mold change time. • Plant Manager: Led $25m manufacturing operations of a 100+ employee union environment with passion and commitment to excellence. Transformed the operations into a profitable facility in less than one year through automation, procedures and reduction of process variability.• Manager of Shop Operations: Led a team of 50 while reducing material cost, increasing efficiency of injection molding machines, applied six sigma techniques to improve quality and reduce variation.• Quality Manager: Led a team of 10 to ensure the quality of our injection molded products met customer satisfaction and acceptable PPM levels. Wave 19 six sigma green belt certification through General Electric.• Corporate Industrial Engineer: Lead company-wide cost reduction initiatives and wrote database tracking system for analysis and reporting which resulted in nearly $1m in cost savings in the first year.• Quality Engineer: Supported design engineers with client relations, product measurement, testing, approval and significant PPM improvements for GE, Whirlpool, Frigidaire and Maytag.
