I have worked within the IT industry for over 20 years where I initially specialised telecommunications. With the introduction of applications to this environment, I then worked on Unix and Windows platforms (MCSE level NT4, Win2K). From the year 2000 it became clear that the traditional PBX platform was dead (or at least that market share was shrinking) and that voice and data networks would become converged, so I gained experience delivering converged solutions over these types network using Cisco, HP and 3COM infrastructures. I also have current CCNP/CCDP qualifications. My main experience is in both the pre/post sale environment with complex large scale solutions.
