• Aligned manpower and assigned training for 68 Language Analysts site-wide as the senior military 1N3 Functional Manager. • Managed new cross-functional flight involving 4 Air Force Specialty Codes (AFSC), increased reporting output by 160 percent, 1.3 thousand reports. • Audited manpower for 405 billets uncovering 121 errors which was vital to NSA manning shift to support the National Defense Strategy. • Led complete site overhaul initiating alignment of 405 billets across 2 squadrons, properly aligned Air Force squadrons to the NSA mission ensuring a smoother transition for personnel and a clear path for development. • Leveraged Instructional System Design certification and Training Development Element (TDE) experience while developing “Managing Difficult Conversations” curriculum, training is available for 16 thousand joint-services members at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), contributing to the 11th Air Force Diversity and Inclusion Team of the Year Award. • Orchestrated 373 Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Group and 17 Training Group conference, synching technical training standards with operations, co-authored 1N3 career development life-cycle and growth plan for the 3 or 4 year assignment at JBER. • Oversaw the development of 1N2 A/C and 1N4X1 and 1N4X2 development roadmaps while assigned to JBER, ensuring a well-rounded analyst at the end of their assignment.

• Directed 280 personnel and 27 million dollars of assets across 10 different Operation Locations. • Briefed ACC/A2 and DoD’s Senior Language Authority on Cryptologic Language Analyst (CLA) training challenges, informed Director of NSA (DIRNSA) to address language testing issues. • Pioneered linguist exchange with Inter-American Air Forces Academy, established training for coalition partners throughout 15 nations. • Managed 75-man kidnap response team, 5 times, liaised with law enforcement agency organizations and Intelligence Community partners, returned 4 hostages to families safely. • Worked with 16 AF/Air Force Cryptologic Office (AFCO), overhauled AF 5-year CLA Flight Plan shaping AF cryptologic policies and programs. • Developed Job Qualification Standard (JQS) and training roadmaps, provided 3-year path to build advanced analysts guiding professional development for 280-member office. • Tracked 20 thousand training hours, enabled 939 iterations of 63 classes for over 850 members.

Managed IT systems for 4,000 users and $1.3 million budget.• Guided 4.9 thousand joint-staff and students, managed 47 courses, 353 classes, 220 thousand training hours for 5 services across 5 sites. • Managed 3.3 million dollar budget, forged new IT spend plan and validated future fiscal year (FY) requirements. • Led 4-man security office, indoctrinated 674 members and managed 345 polygraphs maximizing on-time training starts for 7 AFSCs. • Stood up Wing’s Total Force Development Council leading 3 courses and motivating 423 personnel. • Oversaw STRTs for 4 AFSCs (1N3/4 and 1A8X1/2), aligned tech training with real-world mission needs.

Human Resources for over 1.4K people.• Enforced AF standards on over 1 thousand members, 6 Article 15s, 17 discharges, and 2 courts-martial ensuring a high-quality Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance force and professional work environment. • Briefed and supported Commander on 123 discipline cases and assisted with legal documents.

• Designed, developed, and reviewed instructional materials and methodologies, analyzed and revised measurement devices and learning objectives, and selected effective training strategies as appropriate. • Applied principles of Instructional System Development to assist Subject Matter Experts and TDE Chief with development and revisions of course control documents, lesson plans and measurement devices. • Developed course documents in automated training system (ICIS). Worked with instructors and instructor supervisors in validation of new USMC Korean course and CLA skills training block, ensured instructors knew their responsibilities in validating material. • Performed 9 multi-service course audits, fixed 37 errors while providing highest caliber training for 5 CLA courses. • Executed Spanish course Subject Matter Expert duties, certified 10 tests and 6 lessons, mirrored training with mission operations. • Analyzed test feedback/193 students, assured 27 exams tested training objectives, guaranteeing 9 courses were CCAF-compliant. • Proctored 203 end-of-course surveys, noted areas of concern and advised the Commander, and ensured a professional training environment. • Used Technical Writer knowledge, built 31-hour CLA training block, 15 lessons, 2 tests for 11 courses, freeing 93 cadre to build target-specific material. • Established 20 hours of curriculum to include lesson plans, tests, workbooks, and computer-based instruction utilizing the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) process. Designed six knowledge and two performance-based assessments in accordance with new training standards for technical writing. • Revised 60 hours of curriculum in accordance with new learning objectives, training standards, and policies. I develop training materials and test materials for a Marine Korean course and for a block of training that is taken by over 1.4K Soldiers, Airmen, and Marines each year.
