Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a deep commitment to quality improvement, client experience, and employee engagement. Prior to joining UMADAOP, Ms. Brown served as Chief Operating Officer at The Crossroads Center and Behavioral Health Services Clinical Director.Boasting an impressive 30-year career dedicated to behavioral health, Pat has held pivotal positions at esteemed institutions such as the Cleveland Clinic, Cincinnati Children's Hospital, University Hospital, Mercy Health, The Drake Center, The Lindner Center of HOPE, TriHealth, and The Christ Hospital. Her unwavering belief in the limitless potential for positive impact has been a driving force throughout her career.Considering her greatest accomplishment to be mentoring others, she has fostered the leadership potential of many individuals, witnessing their professional growth and success.Pat holds a Bachelor of Arts from Cleveland State University, a Master of Science in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University, and a Master of Business Administration from Lake Erie College. She is a licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervisory Endorsement and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor with Supervisory Endorsement.Calling Cincinnati home since 2004, she enjoys spending time with her husband and engaging in activities such as knitting, crocheting, and dog grooming outside of her professional commitments.
