My responsibilities have been varied and therefore I feel I can relate to a variety of employees in diverse situations. Even though the situations and individuals might change, the aspects of motivation, loyalty, and customer service never do.Supervising individuals is an acquired skill that I feel I have toned over the years. I’ve learned to nurture strengths in people while helping them to compensate for their weaknesses. I know the business in and out and never expect my employees to take on tasks that I myself have not already mastered. I can exhibit empathy while still urging my staff forward.
