After 30 plus years in executive leadership roles in mortgage banking, I joined forces in January 2021 with my oldest son Pat in his growing mortgage banking practice. Our combined knowledge , experience and performance over a broad spectrum of real estate finance enables us to serve our clients at the highest level in our profession. I am responsible for all company wide sales and marketing efforts of residential mortgage lending in NJ, PA, DE, MD, DC and VA.

I was responsible for the design and execution of Guaranteed Rate's Retail growth strategy and operations for the Maryland , DC, Virginia and North Carolina Markets along with seeking out Acquisition Candidates.

November 15, 1989 –January 31, 2014- SunTrust Mortgage, Inc/Crestar MortgageSenior Vice President/Division Manager-Increased sales from $85 Million to a peak of the legacy group to 7.0 Billion and #2 in Market Share in DC, MD and Northern Va. Pat was responsible for all origination and operational functions of a Division with 31 mortgage branches and over 350 teammates. Prior to joining SunTrust, Pat was a Vice President and Producing Branch Manager for The Kissell Company, which was acquired by City Fed. Pat started his real estate career with a homebuilder in Bethany Beach, DE. and then was an Associate Broker with Colquitt-Carruthers Realtors before migrating to the mortgage banking business..Pat graduated from St. John’s College High School in Washington, D.C. and received a B.A. in Economics from Duke University, where he also played Lacrosse and Football. He is a graduate of the School of Mortgage Banking and received the Certified Mortgage Banker designation in 1996. Pat has chaired and been active in multiple local Realtor and Builder Association committees. He has also served in local and national MBA positions. Pat is currently a member of the Boards of the Maryland MBA and the MBA of Metropolitan Washington and has served as President of the MBA of Metropolitan Washington in 2000 - he has served on the Habitat for Humanity – Golden Hammer Council, Tewaaraton Foundation, Collins Foundation and numerous others over a 20 year period. Pat was named “Mortgage Banker of the Year” for 2010 by the Maryland Mortgage Bankers Association and most recently received the “ 2011 Outstanding Service Award “ from the MBA of Metropolitan Washington.
