CurrentManage the daily staff, visitor, and facility needs of the Dublin Community Recreation Center (DCRC) Fitness and Wellness facility, services, programs and classes, averaging 775 visits per day Ensure member safety and quality service by tracking instructor requirements such as certifications, CPR, and professional liability insurance. Oversee staff hiring and development, coordinating with human resources to successfully onboard new hires and provide annual performance reviews. Establish winning strategies to drive staff to achieve goals and objectives set by the Department of Parks and Recreation and The City of Dublin. Evaluate current seasonal fitness and wellness programming, determine what is successful and what new programming should be introduced. ► Increased personal training revenue by 300% through advertising improvements and key personnel adjustments over a 10-year period.► Manage a $500,000 operating budget, tracking expenditures and noting areas in need of future increases or decreases in expenditures.► Designed and implemented a 5-year master plan for our department driving the implementation of new specialized small group training programs including Tribe Team Training, Senior Small Group Training, and Senior Strength & Stretch. Reorganized staff structure, introducing a new staffing level that simplified the recruitment process for basic fitness floor needs while also creating an advancement opportunity.► Developed and applied advanced technology fitness assessments and trend-leading fitness programming for over 12,000 rec center members including Fit52, a member incentive points program; MYZONE, a heart rate tracking and activity tracking system; and Tribe Team Training.► Partner with outside organizations such as the Leukemia and Lymphoma Team in Training and the Dublin Coffman Swim and Lacrosse Teams to meet their training needs.
