As the first person that everyone interacts with when they enter the Collaborative's administrative offices, I prepare myself to face each day with resilience, kindness, and attentiveness. Years spent working in hospitality, customer service, and management positions have taught me the value of a first impression and ensuring that stakeholders feel listened to and supported in every interaction.While displaying a convivial demeanor when interacting with others, I simultaneously remain focused and attentive to minutiae when facilitating the nuts and bolts operational logistics of our organization. Behind the scenes I help maintain office organization, adequate supply inventory and cost tracking, conference space coordination and scheduling, facilities responsibilities, the smooth functioning of our mail room, and more. In my work, I seek to be the communicative bridge between the many intersecting "silos" of our state-wide organization. With a focus on digitization and transparency, I maintain an archive of files using a range of applications to organize and communicate policies, procedures, and important information across our offices. One of our organization's core beliefs is that everyone is a learner. I'm grateful to be a part of an organization that mirrors my own values this way. I am always seeking new knowledge, skills, and opportunities to contribute to the community I'm a part of.
