• Responsibilities:
• Responsible for sales of all services, including Certification, Audit, and Training.
• Ensure monthly sales and contract targets are achieved.
• Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet client visit targets in assigned areas.
• Deliver sales presentations on products and services to clients.
• Schedule appointments for potential client visits and maintain relationships with existing clients.

• Market and sell SGS products to clients by telephone, achieving monthly sales targets.
• Follow up on all inquiries promptly.
• Professionally and positively manage relationships with Key Account Clients, ensuring timely handling of all requests and inquiries.
• Organize Public Training sessions and seminars as per the yearly plan.
• Provide clients with clear and accurate information on business services.
• Coordinate client needs and information effectively with team members and other divisions within the company.

• Oversee sales and daily operations related to shipment delivery by coordinating with overseas agents.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their logistics needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Ensure timely and efficient shipment delivery by working closely with international agents and internal teams.
• Negotiate shipping rates and terms with overseas agents to secure the best deals for clients.
• Monitor and track shipments to provide clients with real-time updates and resolve any issues promptly.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
