- Record, file and keep track of all incoming and outgoing for transmittal, letter, vendor documents.- Make the necessary copies and ensure accurate distribution of the documents to various discipline and external parties.- Check that documents are in order in team of document title, document no., revision no., description and progress status.- Prepare the document for approved by the Project Manager.- Checking that the received electronic files of the approved documents are identical to the signed paper copy.- Expedite the various disciplines on the project deliverables according to the distribution schedule.- Responsible for Issue e-mail of document Transmittal, Letter to the Engineering team.- Prepare and updated the project documents, deliverables register and extract any status.- Create the document for comments to return to the contractor.- Responsible for office administration, office expense.- Provide general administrative support, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.- Collaborate with relevant departments to gather and update documentation as required.- Support to construction team for prepare punch list and final data book.- Assist to Project Engineer on preparing the final record for handover.- Maintain complete project filling.- Other duties as assigned.
