• Retrieve Orders from Sales Operations Specialist.• Audit order forms, recaps, Master Dealer Agreement, support documents, website links, domain, inventory, domain name, website designs, verify pricing, discount, approval. • Prepare account for order entry in Oracle.• Set Up web-id, add account information.• Add Contact and dealer information into Oracle and Salesforce. • Research current products in Oracle.• Enter orders in Oracle.• Cancellation and orders clean up if needed.• Work closely with Sales Operations Specialist ad Account Executives, Account Advocates, and Web builders.• Assist Account Payable when have questions.

• Review requisition for coding, proper approvals, pricing, and quote.• Review requisition if the budget is available for accounting code provided and work closely with Finance to ensure that the request is stay within the budget guide line.• Process Requisition Request for Purchase Orders in Oracle System.• Process all IT, Operations, Product Development &, Research & Development, RMA dept, Mfg. dept., Sales/Marketing, Training dept, and HR dept.• Arrange Hotel stay for employees for training.• Forward to proper vendors and end-users once received the final approvals.• Manage reports weekly Open POs, In Process POs; close out POs, and receiving if needed.• Balance American Express monthly statement.• Work closely with AP, Finance, Vendors and End –Users.• Resolve PO and invoice discrepancy• All inquiry and assist when the end-users and vendors when needed.
