➢ Manage and plan production to achieve DOP products at the maximum capacity of the existing manufacturing equipment while complying with safety and having the lowest production cost, environmental standards, and quality.➢ Manage maintenance and improvement projects for tools and equipment to ensure that the infrastructure necessary for DOP production is always in good condition and to minimize plant shutdowns or slowdowns due to infrastructure deficiencies.➢ Reports on the usage of raw materials/products/chemicals and utilities related to production, according to the company's operational programs.➢ Technical management to analyze and improve production processes, including equipment, operational variables, and others, covering efficiency, production performance, safety quality, environmental sustainability, and energy conservation.➢ Implementing company policies and objectives as goals and objectives for production, maintenance, technical and quality, and driving various departments to act to achieve the set outcomes.
