-Oversee Culinary services for a 4 stars Resort style Care Center ( Assisted Living, Memory Support and skilled Nursing). Evaluated and monitor nutrition for all life center residents using Point Click Care system. Work closely with registered dietitian, speech therapist and care center management, assisted with special functions and events and provide residents, family and guests with pleasurable experiences. Meet with residents and family pertaining to special individual dietary needs, visit residents on regular base and listen and work closely with residents/ residents committee to resolve concerns and complaints.-Manage and effectively coach staffs with skills to engage residents and to satisfy proper nutritional needs for residents. Maintain safe and sanitary workplace according to Company's policies and procedures including local/state regulation. Schedule all staffs, ensure daily procedures are followed, and assist departments and staffs with all residents-related activities.
