Overseeing a full scope of HR activities, including performance management systems, HR​ budget, HR​ strategic, Career path, L&D, Manpower Plan, Recruitment, Engagement score, Employee relations, Organization effectiveness, People development, Housekeeping & Working​ evironment.Implementing and monitoring company policies in accordance with labour laws and regulations.Working closely with management to improve HR policies, employee relationships, engagement, retention and performance.Overseeing recruitment, talent management, training, compensation, benefits and organizational development.Preparing reports, submissions and other necessary correspondence relevant to HR matters. Payroll Function​: such as1. Handle to calculate payment salary 2 times a month 2. Handle SSO for all3. Calculate personal tax and submit to the revenue department (ภงด.1 & ภงด.1ก)4. Handle the employee evaluation 2 times a Year​ Recruitment Function​: such​ as1. Handle recruitment for all position & all department 2. Control, Maintain and update Manpower and turnover rate3. Screen application, arranges interview appointment, conduction interviewing candidates and create stock resume Training Function : such​ as1. Do to the training yearly plan and strategy for develop skill of employee2. Handle both of In-house & Public training3. Plan strategy for employee’s engagement and handle the employee survey General Affair : such​ as1. Handle factory license and contact with the Municipality2. General Admin such as booking hotel/Air Flight, Security guard, Housekeeping and etc.3. Handle company activity such as Regional Meeting, CSR activity, Engagement activity etc.4.​ Workpemit & Immigration 5.​ Company​ car
