- Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards and to be fully responsible for the overall department performance on Safety, Machine Down Time, Operational Ratio, Yield, Productivity, Cost and Quality- Plan, direct, and coordinate the manufacturing of products in compliance with company goals and objectives.- Maximize the efficiency of production lines and ensure the effective employment utilization.- Improve quality and output using lean manufacturing- Conduct product, process and equipment validation- Recommend and implement managing policies to ensure production team achieves the highest performance to support the Company’s business- Establish and control conditions of production in order to satisfy customer and quality specifications.- Train and improve staff capability to accomplish the defined duties and responsibilities.- Fulfill customer requirements with good delivery and quality product through well internal coordination- Implement cost-management effectively and established acceptable quality level of works, to achieve lowest production costs expenses. - Ensure finished goods are shipped to customers on time in the right quantity.- Ensure that there is enough training and development for all the staffs. - Meet with clients to ensure the requirements are met - Perform other related duties assigned by the management accordingly

- Supervise and control each production sections to fulfill with production department and company target . - Coordinate with other department for every issues related to quality system, continuous improvement and customer' s requirement. - Enhance and support continuous improvement for product quality, productivity, efficiency, yield and minimize production. - Represent the needs of the customer such as setting quality objectives, training, corrective and preventive action. - Manage & coach workers, staff and supervisor. - Monitor and control production process to ensure ISO 9001:2008. - Auditor of ISO 9001:2008. - Auditor of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).

- Control all process of production plastic packaging just as printing on film OPP PET etc, extrusion process, slitting process havequality and reduce percent lost in process.- Develop and improve production processes to achieve higherefficiency and consistency.- Identify key problems in the production processes,and offerpractical solutions and recommendations thatcan beimplemented.- Propose suitable quality & action plan for production / product failure problem solving.- Responsible for quality control. Make adjustments asnecessary during daily to produce product withinspecifications.Reject product out of specifications.- Identify key problems and handle customer complaints by offering practical solutions and recommendations that willimprove and solve the problems for customers.- Summary monthly of key performance index of process in target.- Monitor and control production process to ensureISO 9001:2008.- Auditor of ISO 9001:2008- Auditor of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).

- Introduction of new products from research by starting with lab process by following the instruction from technical manager.- Compared the raw material with data sheet for test such as Polyamide resin,Polyuretane Resin, PVC Resin, Nitrocellulose, Pigment, Solvent, additive for testing formula inks reduce cost product.-Prepare the operating instructions for trial batches.- Evaluate the results and formulate the report according to standard processes and/or specific guidance of the lab head.- For local competition products,for new ink Siegwerk products.- Produce the sample for the promotion tool.- Color matching formulation ink.
