For six years I was involved in the development and expansion of what has become the model for pharmacy health benefits.Accomplishments:* Set up remote management system for 11 separate operational networks around the US.* Developed software that allowed for simple and easy communication between pharmacists, doctors, and patients (pre-HIPPA)* Developed a decision support system that allowed management to follow operations. The system was dashboard oriented with drill down capability and included dozens of reporting features.

PC Sphere, LLC started as a one-man sole-proprietorship in 1987. It was incorporated in 1998, and entered into a joint international venture with Expert Support Services, Ltd. in the UK. Services provided included: Telephone Help Desk Support, PC Repair, Network Installation, and Web Site development.

I developed and maintained a multi-tier networking system that facilitated communication between our company, prescribing doctors, and patients. We serviced over one million transactions each year.

I was part of the development team that created the recall system for a Fortune 50 food manufacturer. The schedules 6-month pilot went full production after only 6 weeks.
