In this position, my area of responsibility is the oversight of the TPA operations for the Southeast Region of CoreSource, which includes offices in Charlotte, NC and Little Rock, AK. Operations includes Claims Processing, Customer Service, Eligibility, Plan Services, QA, Reinsurance Claim Filing and Training. My responsibilities include the successful implementation, and ongoing administration, of a Client's benefit programs after the point of sale, and successful implementation of new products and services for existing clients. Client satisfaction, in the area of my oversight, plays a huge part in the retention of those Clients.

First local company in Charlotte to self-fund their employee benefit plans and administer claims out of their corporate office for their non-union employees. Managed a staff of Claims Examiners who processed medical and dental claims. Also responsible for filing worker's compensation claims and motor vehicle accident claims involving company-owned motor vehicle equipment. Reported to in house General Counsel. Also served on the Board of Directors of the Johnson Motor Lines Federal Credit Union.
