Throughout my experience with the Lord Elgin Hotel and the Holiday Inn, I have developed strong interpersonal skills, allowing me to empathize with any comments or concerns and provide support in an efficient and professional manner. My focus on client service drives me to create a positive and comfortable experience for each individual. My current goal is to use the skills and experience ive aquired through the hospitality industry to transition into a remote/work from home position.
