The digital revolution demands that organizations transform themselves to increase their value creation towards customers and society. Customers are looking to connect and have meaningful conversations with experts - most of which will now happen online. Digital engagement models need to facilitate these conversations.The role of digital leaders is changing to adapt to this new reality. Whether Chief Digital Officers, Heads of digital marketing and/or digital transformation, these roles now must embrace change management. To deliver, these roles must work from the inside, influence each part of the business and shape a vision that will get everyone's head in the same direction.In my role as Senior Manager of Digital Marketing, I'm defining online engagement strategies, developing programs to transform our people. From social selling enablement to digital coaching programs for experts, I’m bringing creativity and innovation to the foreground and leading teams to grow the business. I'm interested in exchanging ideas, strategies, and visions with people shaping the future of organizations that are embracing their full digital potential.
