Currently Information Management and Data Governance Lead for Cornwall Council’s Business Intelligence Team, I come from a National Information Governance and also experienced front line staff background with significant, Azure/Ethra, Google and Inform (Salesforce) Experience. I was also a National Diversity Award 2020 and 2021 Nominee.I work in roles that I am passionate about. Presently, I am working with Cornwall Council to transform their data estate and resource management in order to create a Master Data Management Project to be adopted by other Councils and Organisations on successful completion. I have extensive experience in Information Governance and Risk Management having worked Nationally with We Are With You and Groundswell, and also have significant 3rd Sector and NHS experience in Data Protection and Governance. I have been working at Senior Information Governance Levels Regionally and Nationally for over 8 years.I have experience in CRMs including Inform (3rd Sector version of Salesforce)where I held Administrator Status, training and developing documentation and training plans and rolled out to between 1-400 staff depending on the organisation as well as significant Start Up Experience.I am educated to Degree level, I have over 15 years’ experience in customer service as well as experience in Health Care Management, Sales, Debt Management, Training, Loans and Home Insurance Underwriting. I also have around 6 years’ experience of working in the health, social care and criminal justice settings. This breaks down as 2 years in Mental Health for the Samaritans, 18 months as lead and creator of a Homelessness Project, 1 year as part of a Multiple Complex Needs Charity, including building links with Probation and CRC, nearly 2 years as Data Officer for a Substance Misuse Service and approximately 2.5 years working frontline for the NHS as a Keyworker in the Multiple Complex Needs area of Gender Outreach and 8 months as Information Governance Officer for Active Lancashire, and prior to that nearly a year doing the same for We Are With You nationally. I am looking to secure a position where I can bring immediate and strategic value and develop my current skill-set further.
