🌍I have expriance in 3T & 7.5T finish frozen french fries & highly expriance in peeler,cutter,sap system,process & leading entier production team.🌍Plan, organize and supervise the daily production activities to achieve production target.🌍Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to standared operation procedures(SOPs).🌍Identify training needs and organize training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the production team. 🌍Conduct regular quality checks, inspection and audits to identify and resolve quality issue.🌍Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods to ensure optimal stock levels.🌍Coordinate with the maintenance team for routine maintenance activity and ensure minimum downtime .🌍Provide regular updates to the Plant head & Director for production status, issues, and achievements.
