Current➢ Responsible for scheduling of Preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance activities of STS,RMGC, RTG Cranes.➢ Planning and Allocaion of manpower as per the maintenance schedules.➢ Analysis of repetative breakdowns & try to find out Root cause and same discussing with team to avoid repetatative breakdown by checking throughly while doing PM for Improving MMBF,MTBF,MTTR➢ Improving Preventive and Corrective maintenance activities• By preparing SOP,SWP of individual activates.• Day by day Inspecting of equipment.• By discussing with team if they face any difficulty during maintenance activities.• By updating Preventive checklists➢ Training provide to team for • Improvement of Preventive Maintenance qualities• Achieve Preventive maintenance completion.➢ Daily conduction tool box for team in terms of safety & Technically.➢ Daily check Inventory of materials. ➢ Preparing Spare lists of QC,RMG and RTG.➢ Innovative Ideas provide to Management for improvement of Safety and Maintenance activities. ➢ Responsible for updating and maintaining of preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities reports and documents. ➢ Communication with operation team for proper utilisation of machine ideal time for timely completion of planned maintenance activities.➢ Improving availability and reliability of equipment through proper utilisation of man-power and reducing break downs.
