• Perform performance tuning of the monitoring and management applications in Linux, AIX and Microsoft Windows Environment.• Building and troubleshooting different bolt on solutions on Unix and Windows Servers• Handling Refresh/Replicates, creating new millennium domains and Millennium troubleshooting • Code upgrades (Linux, Windows)• OS upgrades and patch management (Linux/Windows/HPUX/AIX) • Managing User's and account creation (Windows/Linux/HPUX/AIX) and Millennium Package installations (Windows)• Citrix server builds & troubleshooting Citrix issues.• Implementing PIs (Production Improvement).• Identify, troubleshoot, resolve application problems, follow all process and procedures, escalating issue as necessary. • Managing and working with Active directory.• Work with VMware Technologies.• Application and Networking support.• Work with RDBMS using SQL.• Monitoring, Event Management and System/Performance Management applications.• Administrating RDBMS (Oracle).• Maintaining, Performing backups and restores, performing upgrades, and troubleshooting issues.• Scheduling tests, assisting the teams in creating valid tests, analyzing and interpreting the test output, and suggesting improvements.• Coordinating testing with multiple engineering teams for the purpose of assisting them with better performance, availability, scalability, reliability, and affordability into the development process.• Creating/updating all documentation necessary, and establishing/following all processes and procedures.
