Current• Built and configured Bulk Payment Solution hosted on multiple OEL servers using various tools such as AccessMC, Chef, Jenkins, Mobaxterm• Worked with multiple teams like Networks, Projects, Platforms to setup infrastructure as per the Technical Architecture Design (TAD)• Maintained the live service by measuring and monitoring availability, latency and overall system health using monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Tivoli• Kept all Linux servers patched as per company’s security policy and made sure all environments are in sync.• Supported the application CI/CD pipeline for promoting software into higher environments through validation and operational gating using Jenkins, Chef• Analysed ITSM activities of the platform and provided feedback to development teams on operational gaps or resiliency concerns • Part of application SME on-call rotation for any incident management• Created and maintained playbooks/documents on confluence regarding application and infrastructure
