Along with my Bachelors in Computer science and engineering as well as post-graduation in IT Support services, I have some industrial experience and added customer service experience. Through-out my education and work experience, I have gained a working knowledge of hardware-software troubleshooting, network diagnosing techniques, Microsoft active directory, network infrastructure, Cisco package tracer, and other IT support services. I would like to work in a fast-paced environment to develop and advance my industry knowledge. I believe in the continuous improvement of my skills and knowledge coordinated with the organization's goals.
