O&M of ground mounted solar (900 MWp operational Inhouse portfolio, 500 MWp under construction and oversee by O&M quality team from start of project) and wind (120 MW Suzlon 3.1 MW WTGs) power plants in India.

Currently handling O&M department of global Solar portfolio 295MW. Framing O&M strategies in ongoing one of the biggest and first large scale 24 MW Floating project over Naglu Dam starting from concept itself and 10 MW another biracial ground Mount project. Below plants are in full operation phase.1. 70 MW Ground mounted plant in Bhadla,India.2. 10 MW * 3 Ground mounted plants in Khusf, Kourdeh and Majlesi.3. 15 MW Ground mounted plant in Kandahar.4. 85 MW and 90 MW ground mounted plants in De Are-South Africa area.Main aspects of perfect O&M strategies are: 1. Prepare Yearly Budget in Advance as per project financial model.2. Planning and having enough spares with technical manpower to smoothly run plant with right and safe work practices.3. Daily monitoring all key parameters on scada and regular visit to check field area.4. Get rid from soiling loss by timely and properly cleaning panel (min twice in month) either by robot or manually.5. Do monthly invoicing as per process and check for generation variance, if in green(+) then perfect else find reasons of red(-) and work on improvement. This is the Life of Solar plant in O&M phase for 25 years.

Handling 200MW Solar & 102 MW Wind O&M field reporting work.Solely responsible as a state head for 80 MW Solar plant complete in housing of O&M activity of Madhya Pradesh.(30 MW Single axis tracker,23 MW Seasonal tilting , 27 MW fixed tilted).Initiating Purchase order and vendor management through Dynamics.Having best, proven and cost effective solution for Module cleaning and vegetation abatement activity.

Real time monitoring of more than 2 GWp Solar PV Projects as well as Wind Power Plants around the world.Use software tools to identify and evaluate system outages and performance loss. Create and manage problem tickets to notify Service Technicians on site & also providing technical support remotely via SCADA for any Breakdown or Problem with site equipment remote communication as well as AC/DC side.Performance analysis of the DG as well as Utility sites.Generate graphs/data sets for analysis and historical records for analysis TTD and Metrics.

 Operational & Maintenance activities including Daily Reporting to Head Office with DGR, Metrics data, SPV Spares Inventory with Minimum Cost, Monthly Detail Analyzed report for Achieving Targeted PLF, Planning PM with minimum Breakdown activities of 25MWp Grid Connected SPV Power Plant. Testing & Installation done of Thin film a-Si (First solar, Moserbaer and DuPont make) & c-Si (Hanwa, Trina make) PV Modules, String, AJB & SCB with rectifying problems. Installation and commissioning of Skytron SCADA for real time monitoring of SPV.  Erection & commissioning activities during Project phase of 25 MWp Grid BASED SOLAR POWER PLANT. Installation and commissioning of SMA (800 KW) & BONFIGLIOLI make inverters, 17.5 MVA & 2 MVA Transformers, RMU with Boot system. Erecting & commissioning of 2 Bay system 66KV Switch Yard. Operation & Maintenance of INVERTER, Transformers, RMU, AJB, SCB.

Operation & Maintenance of Wind Turbine Generator 600KW, 1250KW, 1500KW and 2100KW & its Components.Fault Analyzing, Trouble Shooting and Modifications of Wind Turbine Control System with Reference of Drawings.Hands on experience with PLC/ Data analysis, Condition monitoring system & OFC.Data Analysis, Root Cause Analysis & Trouble Shooting.Preparation of ISO Related Documentation, MIS reporting & Health & Safety standards.Fault Finding of power and control panel, switch gears i.e. Power contractor, soft starter,DOL Starter, UPS, Over current & Earth fault relay, Power Supply , PLC (Bachmann) and ACB (2500AMPS) etc.Installations & Commissioning of AC & DC Drives, PLC, Slip ring, Motors & Various parts of WTG.Calibration & Maintenance of Encoder, Resolver, Wind vane, Anemometer, Proximity Sensors, Vibration, Pressure Switch, Temperature Sensors (RTD, PT100), etc.
