Sourcing Security and cleaning candidates for all Brisbane (Northside, Southside, Westside) Sourcing Cleaning Operatives for Brisbane, NSW and Victoria. Handled multiple sites at a time with being in direct contact with the site managers.• Screening resumes and update candidates on hiring processes• Interviewing the candidates over the phone and in-person• Running medial and criminal history checks on candidates• Running VEVO checks and QLD Security License Checks on candidates where needed• Onboarding the successful candidates to the system (Kronos)• Supporting candidate enquiries via inbound phone calls and online requests• Creating Job ads on Seek, Bullhorn and Kronos• Directly reporting to the Recruitment Manager and supporting the team in administrative tasks
