• Ensure and supervise labor law compliance at the client place, i.e. Factory Act. Shop & Establishment Act, Professional Tax. PF benefits, ESIC, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Payment of Bonus and Contract Labour Act etc.• Registration & Maintaining License with government authorities and government offices based in Gujarat.• To prepare & maintain Abstracts & Notices to be displayed on notice board Procedural• Monthly Compliance audit for vendors (Contractor & Sub-Contractor) engaged by Refinery, for Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages Act- payment made as per schedule employment, PF Act, ESIC Act, overtime, LWF Act.Conducting orientation programmes for new joiners. Briefing the new joiners with the HR processes, company policies, explaining Salary bifurcation etc.• Handling Wage & Salary, Days calculation, Payroll system Leave Record, • Monitor and coordinate for query resolution of compliance.• Coordination with F & A department for salary generating and credit in respective employees ’s Bank A/C• Handling PF, ESI, LWF, and PT. Hands on experience on ONLINE PORTALS of PF & ESI, generation of ESI TIC online. Preparation and Submission of PF & ESI Challans, Returns all Neesa Group company.• Filling nomination forms and withdrawal form 19 &10C after the resignation of employee and submit in PF office.• Drafting of show cause notice, Charge Sheet and other disciplinary issues.• Maintain liaison between statutory bodies.• Monitor and coordinate for query resolution of compliance.• Coordinate for other compliances with corporate-HR & IR.• Handling contract labours management with coordination of contractors.• To maintain all statutory registers as per contract labour rules.• Exit Interview, Feedback Implementation, full & final Settlement and Exit Procedure, Personal files, records, History, To ensure proper handover, getting employee clearance form
