Since i joined the Subway store I am currently working for, the new management team has a approach to cross/up sell. This includes upgrading customer to purchase meal deals, if customer asks for a 6 inch sandwich, i always ask them they can go for a foot long at £2 extra. This has now increased the sale.The management structure also supports us in asking each and every customer for extra meat/cheese for a additional cost, thus increasing the sale.i work very closely with the management team in launching events, producing flyers and window panels in order to attract new customers as i believe people buy of people. So if i work closely with management, they will support me in the abovewe have two types of customers, walk in and online where we sell through a channel (Deliveroo, Uber Eats and JustEat) its my sole responsibility to understand consumer buying habits and present my findings to my boss and from there we have regular meeting to set promotions for our online customers as well.This could be BOGOF, spend a certain amount and get a certain percentage off.I keep an eye on trends and notify my boss and he is responsible in setting the different promotions for our online customers after he has liaised with me
