Experiences on Operation and Maintenance of Gas turbine, Steam Turbine, Boiler and its auxiliaries and other offsite area. Having good and sound experiences in Over Hauling of Gas Turbine & Steam Turbine. Maintained log book and records during the unit overhauling/shutdown. Developed a working knowledge of pumps, blowers, hydraulic systems and pneumatic systems. Pre-commissioning of gas turbines like Naphtha/Diesel line flushing, inlet air system function check, hydro testing of tubing etc. Preventing and routine maintenance of power plant equipment. Co-ordination with various cross functional teams and departments for scheduling and planning of maintenance and operation related activities as and when required. Assisting in equipment & spare part proposals for respective sub areas of department. Co-ordination with external agencies/OEM/OES for equipment spares availability. Assisting in material codification, drawings development & part list for different equipment of department. Maintaining housekeeping, Guide, monitor and supervise compliance with all safety standard, environment policy & norms to ensure safe & healthy working environment.

Production Planning and scheduling, Production- Monitor the progress of various projects against plan. Identify the area of concern & take corrective measures to resolve the same. Prepare a monthly progress report for each project & submit to respective project management group. Monitoring & measurement of the work-center efficiency in line with the production plan. Cutting tools trials & proven outs as per production requirements & subsequent modifications. Process development & Implementation of lean manufacturing-develop and improve process to reduce cycle time and cost. Quality Control/Statutory Compliance. Facility management and Implementation of 5S. Safety and Environment. Inspection of all welding (GMAW, SMAW, GTAW etc.) related shop work. Supervision of PT, MT, RT test & intemperate its result. Fabrication working knowledge with different material S.S & C.S etc. Evaluate current production activities and make recommendation for improvements. Handling Manufacturing Processes into the shop. Layout making & inspections – Sling Support, full welding. Conducting intermediate inspections (PT etc.) - Manual butt welds (TIG). Attachments, fittings & its welding (SMAW, GTAW). Heat treatment. Final inspection. Allocate tasks to workers and ensure Components are manufactured as per prescribed standards. Follow the planning schedule given by PPS and discuss in case of any changes or queries with Shift in Charge & make weekly and monthly planning of fabrication. Follow up with other departments and stores for materials. Responsible for reduction in rework & rectify all weld repair & ensuring quality as per standards.
