Activities related to production of Turbine Assembly: • Monitoring the production activities in the shop floor and taking corrective action as and when required as per quality standard. • Taking Liquid penetrate testing on machining portion as per require client. • Checking incoming material and do inspection as per drawing and IS standard. • Inspection assembly Process. • Monitoring Assembly testing. • Troubleshooting and solving technical problems where required. • Monitoring of final fitting as per client approved drawings. • Monitoring of Final Painting as per standards & Packing for Dispatch.Activities related to production of Pump & Incoming Store: • Checking incoming material with help of vernier, outside inside micrometer, Bore dial gauge etc . • Material accepted or Rejected as per standard , work order, & Drawing. • Outsource Inspection. • Third party inspection and witness. • Client inspection and documentation as per Quality assurance plan. • Monitoring while Assembly. • Organizing quality circles in department. • Development of worker’s through multi skill.Metrology Lab & NDT: • Calibrate all Instruments like Vernier, outside inside Micrometer, Bore dial gauge, sanp gaug and plug gauge, TESA, Tapper gauge. • Maintain records and data card. • Daily gauge inspection. • Site visit for Project break down. • Out source inspection. • Daily NDT work like Ultrasonic testing and Liquid penetrate Testing and R.T Witness.
