Building a competent team from scratch as a startup company, management of human resources. Leading and managing periodic meetings with other Board of Directors to oversee all company operations. Direct team to manage client’s feedbacks and issues. Responsibly overseeing and successful completion of diverse design projects with utmost client’s satisfaction. Leading and facilitating design direction as well as technical support to associated team members, site engineers and independent contractors. Managing strategic relationship with mutually beneficial alliances, clients, vendors, service providers and organizations to effectively align and support key business initiatives. Develop and adept to new marketing strategies to quickly capitalize on trends, project leads and tenders in order to upkeep firm’s revenue.
