Responsibilities:• Co-Ordinating with the ONGC clients, vendors and site team expediting the material.• Responsible of project related material Inspection and Dispatch.• Reporting site-related issues and project progress to the project manager and director.• Preparing, executing, and expediting the catch-up plan for the entire project.• Preparing the progressive bill according to the project's running schedule.• Attending the monthly project review meeting and submitting the MOM.• Providing the client with weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

Responsibilities:• Responsible for all kinds of CP related material purchase as per technical specs, drawing and projects standards in SAP system.• Obtaining a quotation and inquiring about the item as per the bill of materials then negotiating and finalizing the order in SAP System.• Responsible for Implementation of product and meeting with client and vendor.• Coordinating with the vendor and expediting the material and quality checks.• Inventory Control, Third Party Inspection at manufacturer's place & at stores.• A significant procurement item: - LT Cables, Transformer Rectifier Units, Sacrificial anodes (Magnesium, Zinc, Aluminum, HI. SI.), MMO Anodes, Flameproof & Weatherproof junction boxes, Surge arrestors, Polarization cells, Thermit powder, Pin Brazing materials, CPC Coke Breeze, Backfill material (Gypsum, Bentonite, Sodium sulfate), Electrical items, Consumables items, Safety Items, Survey & Measurement equipment’s & instruments, Tools & Tackles etc.
