My experience was largely focused on financial, healthcare, and pension systems integration projects within the City of New York, including replacing the City’s financial management system, pension system, and integrating new pension and healthcare systems. I acquired a vast amount of experience in business analysis, client management, project management, and working through a full project/business-solution life cycle. On the business side, I was able to work with various city leaders gaining experience in city business, payroll, time and attendance, pension, and health benefits. I also led the requirements gathering, analysis, data quality assurance, and testing efforts for the New York City Human Resources Administration's Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and business intelligence solutions. The EDW has over 300 users and has been recognized as a “noteworthy” submission for the “Innovations in Government Award” by Kennedy School of Government in 2003.
