Projects are listed below:• Smart Manufacturing:- - Developing new method of multivariate analysis and statistical process control using control charts in Minitab. - Forecast the vibration and temperature based on the historical data of the machine via identifying trend and seasonality. - The final goal is to make a predictive model that can diagnose and prevent failure of the system in an earlier stage of the defect. - Condition monitoring of established workstation. Monitoring vibrations, acoustic emission and temperature with multivariate control charts.• Research Paper "Synchronizing production line and developing Economic Batch Size(EBS) formula for Oven/Furnace":-- Writing a research paper on the method of developing Economic Batch Size formula for Oven/Furnace. Finding an equation of how much amount of units to put inside an oven that will minimize total production cost.- Took basic concept of the supply chain (Economic Order Quantity - EOQ) and integrate it with mechanical (Thermal) concepts.• Demand Response:-- Developed a model that compare different rate structure of electricity provider (APS & SRP) and give minimum rate plan that suits to industry. Model also shift peak load to off-peak and give comparison of that.- Try to shift production from on-peak hours to off-peak hours and make constant demand throughout the day.
