CurrentPerform store opening and closing duties. Manage and lead the sales team, supervise store sales, provide one on one training, make sure store associates are aware of company policies and follow them and address team members concerns.Make sure sales floor and display products are clean and tidy as per company standards, store has enough supplies and place order as required.Attend walk-in, phone and live chat customers, connect with them by ask lifestyle and on point questions to gather more information regarding the purpose of purchase, requirement date/month and their interests. Suggest multiple options depending on the information collected, availability, functionality, best value for price and ongoing promos to customers for making well informed decisions and to make the most out of the opportunity available/offered. Pass accurate required information to the customers regarding company operations and ETAs on products for having realistic expectations on fulfilling their order. Use proven strategies to add services, build relations and value, negotiate and close the sale/deal. Follow-up with pending quotes and use sales strategies to close sales.Add notes and tickets of specific requirements and information provided by the customers on the order for smooth backend procedures such as deliveries installation services.Manage and keep track of all orders by revisiting them on every day basis and provide timely status updates to customers along with offering re-selection on backordered products, suggesting alternative in-stock options, available upgrades, balance owing and delivery options. Adding notes of every conversation on the file for future reference.Handle difficult customer situations strategically and come up with the most appropriate resolutions for both the parties. Ensure customers are highly satisfied with the services and are assisted throughout the process for building loyal customers for myself and the company.
