Cheeky home is a modern table ware company with the ambitious mission to help end hunger in America. As Creative Director, Hema was responsible for all creative output of the company including, product design, marketing plans, collateral design, website design and photography direction. Liaising with Target on a continual basis Hema developed collections that were sold exclusively in Target. Hema collaborated with numerous influencers, including Bri Emery from Design Love Fest and Whitney Port to creative custom limited edition collections of picnic ware.

Google.org, Google's charitable arm, had launched a new program called the Google Impact Challenge- a commitment to solving global issues through technology and basic human kindness. Their first initiative was to build awareness and help create universal access for people with disabilities. To gain interest and recruit everyone from everyday Googlers to NGO interested in partnering with Google, we created a site, a human interest film and an animated film for Phase I.

During her 5 years at Grey she has played a role in the growth and creative renaissance of the agency, seeing the agency awarded Global Agency of the year by Creativity, Adage and Shoot. She has led and won numerous new business pitches including CBRE, TNT and most notably Pringles which she was responsible for rebranding globally. During her time at Grey she has created work for the NFL, Tumms, Mike’s Hard Lemonade, Falling skies, Dallas, Conan, Febreeze, Advil and Cialis. For this work she has received multiple awards including multiple Cannes Gold lions, Effies and Gold Facebook Studio awards.

At IdeaWorks Hema created integrated campaigns for Bendon Lingerie, Mazzucchelli’s Jewelers, J Farren Price Jewelers, Steven’s Home wares and Big W. At IdeaWorks she worked as part of an integrated team developing new brands, creating in-store experiences and working on store design.
