Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.Monitoring and identifying vacancies, sourcing resumes through job portals (e.g. Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn), job postings, and social networking and employee referrals.Conducting interviews to check candidate’s suitability for the requirement and then negotiating,Finalizing compensation and grades of the candidates at all levels from junior to senior.Taking care of joining formalities like documents verification, issuing access card, providing stationary and making the other arrangements.Preparing Proposal Letter, Offer Letter, CTC Annexure and Appointment Letter of the selectedCandidates.Payroll management.
