In September 2001, JZERO UK established its Indian subsidiary, DVal Computer Systems Private Limited. Based on my performance at National Infoway, I was appointed as Operation Manager, entrusted with the complete responsibility of both technical and non-technical operations. During this time, JZERO was focusing on the rapidly growing online learning market. As a key member of the core management team, I played a versatile and integral role in the company’s growth and development.In January 2010, to align the branding with its UK counterpart, the Indian venture was renamed Jzero IT Solutions Private Limited. All employees, including myself, transitioned to the new company, retaining our original roles and responsibilities. This change marked a continuation of our commitment to driving growth and innovation in the online learning sector.My contributions were multifaceted:• Product Development: Collaborated in designing a Learning Management System (LMS) which evolved to meet the needs of major multinational clients such as Orange, Siemens, Shell, HP, BAE Systems, T-Punkt, Deutsche Bank, Ericsson, Getronics, OCBE Bank, EC Harris, Intertain, Softbrands, and Merck.• Client Interaction: Directly involved in comprehending client needs and delivering tailored solutions. After completing my post-graduation in computer science, I joined this company which was an off shore development centre for JZERO Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (www.jzero.com). I was working as a programmer in web-based technologies of MS like ASP, VB script and SQL server.
