-Manage invoice processing on a quarterly basis for Federal Medicaid, Managed Care Organization (MCO), State Pharmaceutical Assistance (SPAP) and Supplemental programs for the rebate payments.-Review and analyze utilization claims and pricing on quarterly invoices for billing errors; Prepare invoice packages by adding Business Analysis reports to review current invoices by trending data from prior quarters. -Update Revitas Flex System with the current CPI-U values, Quarterly AMP, BP, WAC and AWP Pricing to ensure accurate RPU (Rebate Per Unit) calculations for all programs to maintain invoice processing.-Complete the task of uploading quarterly and monthly pricing submission files to Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services and state websites according to federal and corporate compliance.-Upload Supplemental programs State contracted pricing and formulas into the system provided by management for rebate payments.-Responsible for reduction of aging on disputed dollars. Analyze, audit, scrub and validate outstanding dispute claims by working with the states to resolve them. -Add accurate product information in the system for each NDC's; such as baseline AMP, baseline CPI-U, market dates, termination dates and all data associated according to federal guidelines.-Generate Medicaid Business Analysis reports requested by management for the total utilization, total gross sales and total net sales of the products.-Perform Revitas Medicaid Rebates System Integration and Regression testing to ensure that all system enhancements and upgraded versions are implemented correctly.-Contribute to projects including the data conversion, integration and migration from Imany/Medicaid Classic to Revitas Medicaid Rebates, and from Actavis Model N to Allergan Revitas Medicaid Rebates, Business Intelligence report maintenance, testing, and streamlining processes.
