Responsible for client relationship and associate management by providing an on-site support. The role entails day to day interaction with client contacts and management of associates. Manage daily on-site operations such as headcount, check-ins of employees to ensure staff’s availability during working hours. Interact with client to determine staffing needs, receive requests to increase/decrease headcount, and conveying the message to account recruiters. Participate in JHSC meetings to review findings of areas of concern, and recommend corrective actions; also, discover processes for continuous improvement for safer work environment.

Reported to the People & Culture Manager, wore multiple hats to support the HR Department. First being the face of the Canadian Head Office responsible for the front reception. Second being the administrator of the HR department, accountable for various tasks that resulted in successful completion of Human Resource Functionalities.

• Reported directly to the Director of Organizational Development• Responsible for the full cycle recruitment and onboarding operations for cbm Canada. This includes: the creation of job advertisements, candidate sourcing, pre-screening, coordinating and participating in interviews, reference checks, managing the logistics of scheduling and facilitating orientation• Manage Canada Summer Jobs Project and other projects• Maintain all HR files, forms, confidential information; responded to information requested as appropriate• Active member of health and safety committee• Maintain the accuracy, completion and management of employee files• Prepare and process HR documents involving new hires, payroll adjustment, leaves of absence, termination, merit increases and COLA• Contribute to the preparation of quarterly board reports and participates in benchmarking by completing surveys and conducting online research.
