• Building a team of working contractors and liaison with them.• Tender preparation, floating, Negotiating & finalizing civil engineering Tenders.• Working out materials options and deciding materials acceptability criteria.• In charge of Materials purchase and inventory control with additional responsibility for payment approval on Infovelocity software base system• Team leader for 16 technical persons• Co-ordination with various external agencies such as Architect/Structural Engineer/Electrical Consultant/Plumbing Consultant etc.• Overall in-charge of Supervision of the projects for quality and progress including close follow ups for Project Monitoring.

• All above duties• In-charge of multi-location real estate construction sites in and around Surat.• Optimization in architectural design, working out functional design in accordance with by- laws of Municipal Corporation and Urban Development Authority and get it approved from the respective authority.• Assessment of project location with respect to market potential and its suitability.• Deciding project specifications with a view to maximising end-user satisfaction.• Project Cost Estimation and resource Optimization. • Sourcing and Procurement of construction materials from China.• Handling post-sale customer needs for satisfactory solutions.• Team leader for 30 technical persons

• In-charge of multiple construction sites.• Tender floating, tender finalization and liaison with contractor.• Working out material options and purchasing the same.• Liaison with Architect and other professional for optimum and functional design solutions for the buildings.• Day to day monitoring of the project.

• Planning and Structural designing for steel, RCC, Composite and wooden structure.• Preparation of proposals, discussion on the technical and financial feasibility for the new projects with Managing Director, Directors and other executives of the company.• Scheduling and monitoring of the projects and works, and reporting to the management for same.• Co-ordination with internal departments like air conditioning, humidification, boiler, electrical, processing, utilities etc.• Liaison with contractors and suppliers for the quality, accuracy and timely completion of work.

• Structure designing for various industrial, Multi-storeyed Hotel & residential buildings.• Preparation of estimate for different types of building and structures.• Discussion with clients, contractors, architects and other building industry persons.
