Experience in Cost cutting used during customer 5G network deployments.• Developed Cost Efficiency Lean Transformation (CELT) process and implemented in Market. Process drove cost reduction of 250M€ over four years. Collaborated with Nokia Work Place Resource to transform current working environment to make real estate space utilization effective and efficient. • Identified 57 costs cutting Levers and team conducted over 200 cost savings Ideas each year utilizing Nokia 7-steps Problem Solving and LSS theories (DMAIC), and leveraged MS Power BI to monitor year-end target. Employed Kaizen principles to overhaul company’s culture to engrave CI in to Nokia’s DNA. • Surpassed Regional goal of saving 110M€ in 2017 applying above described methodologies. Goal for 2018 was 118M€ and again outperformed, goal for 2019 is 48M€ and exceeded. Major contributing levers deployed were Automation, Optimization, Remotization, Centralization and Delivery Model Adherence.• Drove 50% lab and office space reduction by cloudifying labs leveraging external Data Centers, consolidating and/or centralizing space and partnering with Nokia real estate, resulted cost savings of over 3.3M€.
