Nancy Patel is currently working as a Human Resource Manager at PineyRidge Behavioral, a health treatment facility located in Waynesville, Missouri. She is responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the various human resource functions.Nancy previously was a Graduate Student at Fort Hays State University, with concentration in Human Resource Management. She worked as Human Resource Management Program Assistant in department of Management at Fort Hays State University. She was a recruit support for the department, developed curriculum for classes and the program, taught HR classes and assist in business community consulting projects. She had an opportunity to co – author and present a paper at Midwest Academy of Management 2015 in Columbus, Ohio on Professional Associations as Open Educational Resources: Enhancing Student Learning through Professional Association Memberships.
